This video has navigation points within this video. An indexed video, or a video with navigation points, allows you to click on specific points in a video–so if you want to review the steps on how to adjust a value on this engine, you simply click on that point within the video. An indexed video is very cool to use! As the video plays, you can click on a label to go to the specific, identified steps of this task as the mechanic works on the engine and explains what he is doing. (The embedded video displayed above and below in the video players can be played on any device.) Once the video is playing, to hide the navigation menu, click on the menu button, located on the bottom right corner of the player–notice the search box at the top of the navigation menu for this video, too!
Within the Search box, you can type words or phrases in the Search box, and the video will then go to the exact location where those words are spoken in the video…think of the possibilities!)

I believe that solutions for the Modern Workforce come from research in learning theory and organizational communication and organizational development. I also believe that solutions for the Modern Family include not only the best from clinical research, but also from God’s presence in our lives. When there is healing in the family, I truly believe there is healing in each person’s soul as well, with a renewed sense of oneself within the family. So, one could say “soulutions” are gifts from God. God heals both our psyche and our soul–our mind and our heart. I experience God as a Christian. I know that God has redeemed us already through Jesus Christ–before we even know it. God eagerly wants to embrace each one of us with love and reassurance. God may speak to us in any number of ways. The Gospel is so good, many people are scandalized and offended by God’s Grace, Mercy, and Justice! This Goodness of God is universal. I believe God wants to speak to our psyche and soul–our mind and our heart, giving to each one of us such an assurance of God’s love that we will definitively know ourselves as eternally redeemed and blessed. One’s “salvation” is a personal experience; it is also a social experience–we are “saved” not only “from sin”;’ we are “saved” to be a blessing to others. This Christian faith calls more from me than I can fathom, which is one reason why I continue to believe. I will stop preaching now….

Advanced Workshop, Couple Assessment Inventories,
Life Innovations, Inc.; Minneapolis, MN
Master’s Thesis

I created unique comprehensive worksheets that could be used as the teaching guide, as well as a job aid, and a step-by-step check-list, emphasizing both a whole-task and a part-task delivery method. Participants consistently stated the one-day training was the most useful training they have ever attended. The focus of the training was on the performance of counseling skill and learning how to use the training resources for learning key concepts that are required to administer and interpret the five couple assessment inventories. I also recommended a quality control method for training the pastors and mental health professionals, which provided an additional source of revenue for the company, Life Innovations, Inc.
School Psychology and Special Education Assessment
As a Licensed School Psychologist (LSP), formerly designated in Texas as a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP), I have provided comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations to identify students’ learning, behavioral, emotional, and developmental needs. My work has included administering, scoring, and interpreting standardized assessments; conducting classroom observations; reviewing educational records; interviewing parents and teachers; and integrating multiple sources of data to develop meaningful, evidence-based conclusions.
I have evaluated students with suspected disabilities, including autism, emotional disturbance (emotional disability), specific learning disabilities, attention-related difficulties, and other conditions affecting educational performance. I have prepared Full and Individual Evaluation (FIE) reports; participated in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings and Texas Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) committee meetings; collaborated with educational professionals; and developed recommendations to support appropriate educational programming and student success.
Assessment Documentation, Automation, and AI-Assisted Design
In my work as a school psychologist, I have developed comprehensive psychological evaluation reports, structured assessment worksheets, systematic classroom observation instruments, and automated tools to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and consistency of special education assessment procedures. Using Google Sheets, formulas, Google Apps Script, and AI-assisted development methods, I have designed customized systems for organizing and interpreting standardized assessment data. I have also developed automated evaluation tracking systems that calculate statutory assessment deadlines, monitor evaluation tasks, and coordinate calendar reminders. These projects reflect my application of instructional design principles, data analysis, workflow automation, and technology to complex professional responsibilities. Because these materials involve confidential student information, actual evaluation reports and completed student assessment records are not available for public review. However, the underlying design processes, automated workflows, and technical competencies represent an important part of my professional portfolio.
Throughout my work, I have emphasized clear communication, professional judgment, legally compliant evaluation practices, and practical recommendations that help educators and families understand students’ strengths and needs.
Professional Experience:
Over thirty years of integrity, honesty, and dedicated commitment
to my work, associates, and clients.
Innovation comes out of design, not production;
effective solutions come out of effective communication.
